I have worked with Bill now on the purchase of two houses. When I purchased my first house I was new to the area and did not even live in the state yet. We were ferried around by Bill's wonderful wife Connie who helped us learn the names of the various areas in Hampton Roads. Bill made our purchase seamless.

Seven years later when I was in the market for a new home Bill came through again. I have to say that he is a very patient realtor as we requested to see condos, changed our mind to townhouses and then changed it again to a house. Once we found the right home Bill was there for us every step of the way. Though I am no longer in the market for a home I know that Bill will still gladly help if I still have any questions.

He only changed us 1.5% to list our home. I was very hesitant worried he wouldn't do anything since it was half the typical rate. But he told me if I wasn't happy I could end with him when I wanted. So I listed with him and he was great. He paid extra to have our home listed as a featured listing on several high view home search websites and paid to have extra photos on those website and sold our home very close to asking price in 2 weeks.
